Little Red Hen promotes self-determination, independence, productivity, and inclusion for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). We provide the supports necessary for independent living while helping individuals develop, maintain, and apply functional life and vocational skills. Across Children’s, Adult, and Employment Services, participants actively plan, design, and evaluate programs—with family involvement—ensuring meaningful engagement and full participation in the Chico community and beyond.
