This is a wooden money bank that is designed after the lucky cat or Manekineko.  The lucky cat comes from a Japanese tradition that helps bring good fortune to its owner.  You can place money (preferably change) into the slot where you can see how much you are storing.  To remove your change from the money bank you must remove the screw using a Phillips head screwdriver.  May this money bank bring you good fortune!
